It's Vallejo Model Colour 881 Yellow Green, with some black and dark green for shadows and small amounts of VMC 837 Pale Sand added to the Yellow Green for highlights.
Note that the 881 Yellow Green colour has been changed by Vallejo, I was using the old colour: the new version is a fair bit brighter than the older version I was using here. So you would probably need to mix Yellow Green with some 924 Russian Uniform to match the older version, about 2:1 or 3:1 Yellow Green: Russian Uniform if you wanted a similar match.
The same as the turret? The green is the Ammo 4BO modulation colours, the brown is VMC 822 German Camo Black Brown with increasing amounts of VMC 845 Sunny Skintone added for highlights.
Great work ;-)
