GD reinforcements

Some more GD infantry reinforcements to match the last lot: 6-man Command elements and 3-man LMG teams for Battlegroup. BF hard-plastic figs.

      (a) 3:1 Mix of 830 German Fieldgrey & Black.
      (b) pure 830 German Fieldgrey
      (c) 3:1 Mix of 830 German Fieldgrey & 886 Green Grey
      (d) pure 886 Green Grey for edge hghlights
